Hey there vape fans! This week I took a trip to the Arizona Renaissance Festival. Holy cow, let me tell you, this was by far one of the most entertaining activities that I have had the pleasure of attending in Arizona so far. The fair lasts from the beginning of February until the end of March, and is the size of a small town! I’m not even exaggerating, there was room for multiple stage theaters, an amusement park, a circus, an arena for jousting, vendors and more. The event is located east off of US Highway 60, and with free parking. But do you want to know the best part? This is a vape friendly event, and I was thrilled to see that the vape community was out in force! Now, let me give you all a glimpse into the wonder that was, The Renaissance Faire.
I went with my fellow Mt Baker Vaper, Zac and his wife, since they are as nerdy as I am and didn’t even think twice about getting into costume 
When we first arrived I wasn’t sure what to expect. The only other Ren Faire I’ve been to was back in WA and was fun, but no where near as extensive as what I was about to walk into
There were full on shopping buildings, selling everything from drinking horns, to full on handmade outfits.
And some of the buildings were attractions in and of themselves!
At the entrance of the faire, you had an option to rent a costume for the day if you didn’t have one of your own, but it wasn’t required.
In fact, I saw all sorts of non traditional costume individuals walking around.
But there was more than just vendors and shops to explore.
There were live performances and events happening all through the day.
And of course for the adults, there was alcohol to be had.
Definitely helps for getting into character for some people
Like I said in the beginning though, I came across a lot of people vaping, and those lucky individuals were treated to some MBV coupons that I just so happened to have on me.
The event wasn’t just for adults though. there was plenty to do for the whole family with an extravagant amusement park.
Though some of the kids rides looked like a lot of fun to me, being a 6’2″ full grown man I got turned away 
But I got over it, and ended up watching and learning how glass blowing works. Though now I’m curious how a piece would turnout if you blow in some vapor…anyone know?
They also had some really cool circus performances and juggling.
After spending most of the day saying “Huzzah” and bowing to royalty as they passed I was exhausted. But I definitely plan to go back again before waiting till next year.
