The KangerTech KBOX 70W TC and the Latest Internal Battery Mods

In over four years of vaping, I have yet to own an 18650 battery. I’ve messed around with plenty of devices that use them, but outside of work I stick to devices with internal batteries, because the last thing I want to add to my vaping habit is more hassle. For plenty of people, external batteries don’t add too much inconvenience, but I’m not one of those people. Having to take batteries out and throw them in a charger daily is just added time and money that I don’t want to invest unless I have to. Fortunately, I don’t have to because there are still a few great devices with internal batteries and simple USB charging (and yes, I do know that many devices with external 18650 batteries can charge them via USB as well). After a full year with an iStick 50W box mod as my standard everyday device, the buttons were getting just a little worn out and it was time for something with just a hair more power to use with some of the latest tanks that can handle it. The KBOX 70W TC was exactly that plus temperature control options for nickel and titanium coils. Assuming I don’t have any major issues or a sudden lust for more power (I’m looking at you, Tesla Nano), I imagine this will be my daily device for the next year or so.
